Our Story

Redefining Cold Storage: The Kelcold Success Story

In 2015, visionary founder Jack Kelly identified a critical need for expanded cold storage in Atlantic Canada. After meticulous industry research and location scouting, Kelly's dream materialized in May 2018 with the grand opening of Kelcold Refrigerated Warehouse & Logistics Inc.

The state-of-the-art facility boasts an impressive 100,000 square feet of cold storage space, marking a milestone as the region's sole provider of integrated 3rd party cold storage and refrigerated trucking solutions under one roof.

Kelcold's innovative approach quickly gained traction, spurring continuous growth. Just two years after opening its doors, the company undertook an ambitious expansion in 2020, adding 30,000 square feet to its cutting-edge facility. This strategic enhancement further cemented Kelcold's position as a trailblazer in Atlantic Canada's cold chain industry, dedicated to meeting the evolving needs of businesses across the region.
